El Coyote,
Edgewood ends 9-year run
EDGEWOOD - Poor sales and a weak economy have prompted
owners to close the El Coyote restaurant here, co-owner Dave
Copelin said.
Since its opening in 1999, the Edgewood El Coyote has served
dinner seven days a week, specializing in Tex-Mex food and
steaks and chops.
Anyone with gift
certificates or gift cards may visit El Coyote's Anderson
Township or West Chester Township locations.
"We had some good loyal customers that we're going to miss
tremendously," Copelin said. "I blame our closure on the
economy. It's just a grim outlook, and it just became too
much to keep it going."
